Image-Pro® Plus 7.0

Image-Pro Plus combines single‐channel acquisition with powerful 2D and 3D image processing, enhancement, and analysis software that offers extensive measurement and customization features.

Image-Pro Plus is the ultimate image analysis software package for fluorescence imaging, quality assurance, materials imaging, and various other scientific, medical, and industrial applications.

The most powerful member of the Image-Pro software family, Image-Pro Plus includes extensive enhancement and measurement tools and allows you to write application-specific macros and plug-ins.

Image-Pro Plus controls automated microscope stands, X‐Y stages and focus controllers, filter wheels, shutters, filter sliders and lamps. Previous versions of Image-Pro Plus offered this as the Scope-Pro module; it is now included with every new Image-Pro Plus System.

Image-Pro Plus Inspector

Image-Pro Plus Advanced Microscopy Suite bundles Image-Pro Plus with the capabilities of the 3D Surface Inspector module.

Using only the in‐focus information derived from a Z‐stack of images, 3D Surface Inspector offers unique 3D views and measurements that reveal quality details. Requiring only a single camera and Z‐motor, it provides a cost‐effective and illuminating analysis tool.

Using extended depth of field information, 3D Surface Inspector allows you to take inspection to the next level. Add 3D rendering and measurement to your toolkit and gain a much greater understanding of your specimens and samples.

Image-Pro Plus MDA

Image-Pro Plus Multi‐dimensional Acquisition bundles Image-Pro Plus with the capabilities of the Advanced Fluorescence Acquisition module (AFA). The AFA is designed for research microscopists who need to automate and manage complex acquisition setup parameters, user feedback display, and subsequent sorting into sets for analysis. It allows researchers to manage all combinations of image acquisition modes and image sets including time, channel (wavelength), focus (Z-stack) and stage position.

AFA uses the microscope and peripheral control capabilities of Image-Pro Plus to configure the system for each image captured in the series. The acquisition parameters may be saved to disk or in a database, recalled, reported, or accessed via macro programming.

Image-Pro Plus 3D Suite

Image-Pro Plus 3D Suite bundles Image-Pro Plus with the capabilities of the SharpStack, SharpStack Plus and 3D Constructor modules.

SharpStack and SharpStack Plus remove haze and improve resolution in two- and three-dimensional image stacks using deconvolution and deblurring algorithms. SharpStack offers Nearest Neighbor, No Neighbor, and Inverse Filter algorithm functions, while SharpStack Plus offers additional 2D and 3D Blind algorithms.

3D Constructor is for scientific researchers who wish to explore three-dimensional relationships within and among objects. It allows visualization of image sets, interaction with them in three dimensions, and measurement in three and four dimensions. It provides:

• Visualization of images in three dimensions;
• Measurement of 3D images;
• Tracking of objects in a 4D image sequence;
• Visualization of, tracing of and counting of neurons;
• Display in three dimensions of fluorescent regions that are designated as colocalized;
• Creation of 3D animations, which may be saved as AVI files, multi-frame TIFFs or SEQ files;
• Display of and interaction with measurement data from individual, histogram, or scatterplot displays;
• Export of 3D measurement data to Microsoft® Excel®.

Image‐Pro® Express 6.3

Image‐Pro Express provides easy‐to‐use measurement and analysis tools needed for various scientific, medical, and industrial applications. It offers an extended list of enhancement and measurement tools and the ability to add applications specific plug‐ins. Image‐Pro Express is the ideal solution for research professionals who need a solution with advanced measurement and image analysis capabilities, but do not wish to write their own macros or plug‐ins.

It allows quick capture and enhance of images with most popular digital cameras, video cameras, scanners, microscopes, and image databases. It quickly processes images; tools such as Extended Depth of Field (EDF) prepare images for detailed analysis.

An upgrade to Image-Pro Plus is available to address growing imaging requirements.

Image‐Pro® Analyzer 6.0

Image-Pro Analyzer provides for separation of acquisition of images from analysis. It offers all of the powerful analysis features of Image-Pro Plus 6.0, and it loads images from files. It does not include the ability to acquire live images from cameras, frame grabbers, TWAIN devices, and it does not support PhotoShop plug-ins. It can only load images from files.

Image-Pro Analyzer 3D

Image-Pro Analyzer 3D bundles Image-Pro Analyzer with 3D rendering and measurement tools. It does not include acquisition.
